User Responsibilities to our Content

• Account Registration: You must register for an account to use the App. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for any activities that occur under your account.
• Compliance: You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Payment and Billing

• Subscription Fees: Access to certain features of the App requires a monthly subscription. You agree to pay all applicable fees in connection with your use of the App.
• Payment Methods: We use Stripe to process payments. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees and any applicable taxes on a monthly basis.
• Free Trial: We offer our customers a 14-day free trial to test our services. You can use this period to evaluate the App and its features.
• Refunds: If you wish to request a refund, please contact our support team with a reason for the refund request and a screenshot of any errors encountered. Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days after the subscription payment, following the trial period.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lamarca LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the App or us.

Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the App.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
